Iris was seated on her bed in her chambers. She thought about what had transpired between her and the Lycan King in the garden and her face broke out in an infectious smile.
He kissed her.
She didn't expect him to do that but he did. He even promised to find Shawn and reunite them again. She had thought that the Lycan king was a ruthless and tyrant king but each time she was alone with him, he always proved her to be wrong.
Impulsively, she raised her hands to touch her lips and her mind drifted back to when he kissed her. His lips were soft and everything that she imagined it to be.
She snapped back to reality and her forehead knotted together in a frown. What is this feeling that is coursing through her at the moment. Was she falling in love with the Lycan king?
