I relieved myself of that pressing burden , as I turned to go ,i heard it.The low growlings and whimpering, I thought of him,I was scared for him. Whatever made that sound ,was dangerous and hungry it might hurt him. As i dismissed my negative thought , I stumbled upon a broken branch only for me to see something glistening .It was a necklace ,a turquoise pendant so pretty,I got something new ,

**hmmm, finders keepers ** I said to myself.Lost in my thoughts i didn't catch the low growlings again or the sound of something creeping closely.Next minute ,something dug deep into my flesh,my arm bled. **Aaaaaah!!! Fuuuuckkk!!!!**I tried to switch my flashlight on to see. what bit me it sunk deep into my skin...it hurts ..i cried as i ran back to the tent.I didn't even see what bit me .Everyone came out of their tents. ,Lilly ran to me , **ohh my goodness,what happened to you ??!!** I explained how i went to relieve myself. and got distracted then this happened.She cleaned my wound as i hissed deeply.We all went back to our tents , as I got into my tent. ,what i saw was shocking.

The same being i was worrying about was sitting there calmly. like he did nothing , like he knew nothing happened to me just now. All of a sudden, I blew up ,**where in the world did you go?!!! All cause of you i got injured !!!** He was nit even bothered by my voice ,he was so calm as water.It pissed me even more that he was just quiet , not saying a word. **Please keep it down,people are trying to get a nice rest,im sorry about what happened to you, I just had to attend to an emergency**

Early the next morning , I got home before mom could even know I was out .I dressed up for school and while dressing i noticed that my wound was gone not even a mark .Whatever Lilly applied was good for my skin, I was already worrying how i was going to hide the injury from my mom but no need.I couldn't wait till eight so i left home earlier than i ever would.I got to school but i wasn't the only one who rushed to see their friends.Lilly,Dylan and the rest were already present having fun.While classes went on ,Mikie from last night still eyed me ,i got red all over from embarrassment.During recess I searched the dining hall for him not even his red hair could i find.I asked people from his class **you mean that sexy newbie ,he rarely comes to school,guess its his day off!!!** , they all giggled. I was so weak today like I've not eaten for two days. Lilly got more food but i was still hungry ,i was eating like glutton i felt embarrassed but there was this hunger i needed to fill.I felt sad ,my reason. for coming to school was defeated,i just wanted to see him well if he wanted to see me he would've been but its clear he doesn't want to see me.After recess was P.E ,i dreaded that activity cause i was never sporty i am accident prone ,i couldn't do something without getting hurt, imagine yesterday. I tried track races and i topped the charts but there was something very unusual .I felt very strong,unlike me i. couldn't run a hundred metre race without gasping for air. I still felt like i could run more , i went to swim ,i did some warm ups and i felt a little better.I. walked home and i decided to pass by Lilly's and i caught on something really interesting.Some persons were having it steamy in the car at the backyard.I knocked on the door,not minding.** Sorry please im looking. for Lilly!!**when i looked at them i felt bad and stupid,**f**k Lilly,, you said no one will know we're here!!** ,Mikie stormed out angrily.** Thank you so much, Esme!!!**,she said sarcastically.** I'm sorry,, how would I have. known you'll be making out in your car??!** ,,**Shhh ,keep it down my siblings are home, would you??!!!**I giggled softly as i left.**Why did you stop by , then?**.**Nothing much, just wanted to say hi.**She cursed me loudly and I ran as far as my legs could carry me.My mom was home ,i followed her to get some groceries, while she actually shopped, I window shopped .While i feasted my eyes on the things i couldn't buy, i picked on. a familiar scent ,Lavender. I followed this fragrance,not losing focus amidst other aroma along the way.I got to the store front and stopped , it was a jewelry shop and when i looked up, I saw him.I stood there hoping he would notice me standing, staring at him when he finally turned he quickly left the mall.** Wait!!** but he never did.** Esmeralda ,I called you to help me,where you been?!!** ,my mom scolded.On our way home, she noticed how lost i was,** Im sorry i yelled at you ,i was worried that's all** but i was not even interested in what she said,i was worried,why. would he run off like that .Mom received an. emergency call from the hospital and i was left alone,again.I got to my room to rest before I made dinner and was welcomed with that scent again.My window was unlocked,i can't remember leaving it open.As i shut it ,i saw Carlisle sitting on my desk, legs crossed on the chair.**What are you doing in my room?!!!**,i looked outside my window,he clearly didn't come in through the door.He said to me emotionless,**you've been searching for me,now I've come to you,you're yelling at me I shouldn't have stopped by.**He smoothened his shirt, and stood up to leave.I finally understood what he said and came to my senses,**Sorry,sorry about it ,im just surprised,if i may ask why did you run out when you saw me at the mall?**
