-Chapter 3- He shuddered when his shoulder was touched and his eyes opened and he took a quick shallow breath and he saw all the Gods sitting at their seats and Saara had touched his shoulder “You alright? You seemed a bit off...and worried.” Ata shakes his head with a smile “I'm fine, Thank you Saara.” She smiles and sits at the far side of the table and begins but Ata barely pays attention. As he looks out the window his mind racing but he calms down as he sees a blue jay land in the tree, it chirps and he calms his mind. His small sister Aurora always seemed to know how to calm him, Birds were always a reminder to him to calm down so he typically had them with him at any given time. He sighs and focuses in as Athys rants and is trying to get everyone to betray each other and cause chaos and fear like usual, Fenrich sits with his arms crossed leaned back as he is too prideful to care about Athys claims that he tried to steal something of his, when in reality it's most likely Athys that just decided to blame him due to him being clumsy and loosing a favorite coin of his. Ata found some comfort in that none of his brothers or sisters have not changed a bit when they woke up. Then Saara speaks standing up calmly and quitting down Athys before he gets on the table and starts to try and fight Fenrich. Last time that happened he ended up running across several of the nations and capitals before Fenrich gave up on chasing him claiming it was a waste of time. He smiled at the fond memory but he soon clicked back into reality when Saara finished speaking to gain everyone's attention then “Ehm” She coughed into her hand and spoke loud enough for everyone to hear that was in the room which was only the five of them but just incase if Fenrich was not paying attention. “So, we are here because of a few reasons….” Athys cut her off standing quick and almost yelling at Fenrich “Yea you stole my!-” He gets pushed down by a wave of Saara’s Hand and slammed into his chair and he shuts up rubbing his leg that took the brunt of the slam and Saara continues “None of us did anything, we are here because of the nations of the world.” --- I sigh as I sit on a rock, and the breeze in this paradise is nice though practicing the powers you have is quite tricky. You have to enough balance to not destroy the entire universe and the After life you made, In fact already there has been plenty of deaths of conscious beings they now populate the paradise you made for them, Most of the time when they see you for the first time they don't believe it and claim that you're not the creator of the Gods. Though most of the time it only takes a day before they realize as most of the time if they come in young they typically accept it much easier. All of them no matter what are given a home, a wife and much more. If they come in old you talk to them with knowledge and Intelligence, They usually respond in kind. Then one of the Wolves comes out of the brush, jumping up on the rock and lays down putting it's head on my lap and I gently stroke it's head, “You know little guy, I had been tinkering with the idea of going to the mortal realm and finally just….living their and maybe even unite the universe with the afterlife though i'm not sure.” The wolf does not even respond other than with a wag of its tail as it's enjoying the petting. I eventually think back to the first time I had interfered with mortal affairs, I had heard a small child cry as it's home was being attacked, the child was a girl it's mother was protecting it but before the enemy tribe could even breach the small wooden walls that surrounded the primitive camp. I had felt the shaman request help from anyone with a small single bit of hope, I summoned him to the blackness you had yourself been in many many many years ago. The shaman sits in the blackness of his hands on his thighs and wearing tribal markings on his arms and face, furs skinned from other animals covers his body but he has a wolf-like tail and ears. I had noted that he was a demi-Human. Saara being inspired by humans created a secondary species, I shoved the thought aside and said clearly “Open your eyes, but do not turn around….” he obeys opening his eyes, I see his muscles tense as he stares at the utter blackness and asks “am I dead?”. “No, you're just in between life and death. You are here because you require help do you not?” his head lowers as if in shame and he nods a bit, The Blackness and nothingness seems to drain away like water and he sees his village and the Girl crying in her mothers arms in their tent. She has Greyish hair even for being so young and her tail is fluffy and her ears are laying down across her head as her mother tries to sooth her but even she is crying, The shaman then almost turns to beg but I places a hand on his shoulder “For those who believe in me, If they cry out for help...for all know me but they don't realize it. For all of life was created by my hands, even the Gods themselves.” His body seemed frozen and I showed the fives Gods and said “Saara,Ata,Athys, and of course Fenrich. All of whom are my first creations but you along with them have a gift, I call it Magic. It is a very small portion of my power given to you all mortals and even the Gods have it.”. Then I take my hand off him and ask “Now do you want help?” That was the only time I had interfered with the mortal affairs so drastically, I had gone to decimate the people that attacked the tribe brutally and in person. I had used a physical manifestation and morphed it into something that looked like a Samurai from the world I had used to live in and the tribe took this and made it into a full religion. Over time that girl that had once cried had become the first Alpha and eventually created a blood line of great warriors and leaders, All of which were at least capable of fourth tier magic. I then lift the wolf's head and say “Go, I have plans.”. The Wolf gets up and hops off the rock and walks back off into the forest vanishing into the brush, I sigh looking into my right hand the orb appears and I see the World the Gods created and I smile “It looks...so...different, Good I guess now is the best time anyway.” I crush the orb in my hand and think “What shall I call myself…” I thought for a moment and then got it, I reached my hand out and created a mortal body, It was about the age of a sixteen year old but it had black hair and blue eyes. I place my hand on it's chest and say “I shall name the mortal frame, Nocte and now all that is left to give it powers….”. A Glow appears on the body and you close your eyes and order “For the world shall shake, A boy shall be born from a low noble bloodline, animals shall mutate as magic enters their body that they cannot control and they shall rage and cause havoc on people and homes.” --Ata-- Ata is about to stand when the ground starts to shake he feels a surge of energy from somewhere and Saara and even the rest of your brothers and sisters start to look around confused. As quick as it started it stops but Ata feels something still, like a damn that has just broken and he can feel the order of the world starting to creek and crack. His brothers and sisters clearly feel it as we'll and Saara says “I think...this is the end of our meeting, we must return and guide the people as I feel like something….big has just happened.” Everyone nods and Ata uses a gate spell to leave the meeting room returning back to his home within the Empire of Neoya, he walks down the hallway. It's perfectly dusted, the red carpet is lined with golden threads and the walls paint seems more of a fresh white then usual and Ata can smell a small amount of paint in the air but he does not mind in fact Ata smiles at the fact the maids really took their time to paint the entire in side of the house while he was away. Though as Ata is about to go into his room a maid rushes up to him and stops short of him, he turns “Oh, Hey Almia what's the rush?” She is breathing heavy and gulps standing straight “I'm not sure if this should be brought to your attention but, I thought it should be. A low born Noble that was thought to be infertile has had a child!” Ata looks at her confused for a second but nods his head and asks “How long ago was the child born?” She thinks for a moment “We'll….the child was born only moments ago and then Enus shook, some of the other maids reported in the capital that some buildings even feel and-” Ata raises his hand in front of her face as if to demand silence and says “I have heard enough, What noble family bore this child?” --Segata Jabo-- Segata Jabo held the newborn in his hands, His wife had finally bore him an heir to his family. He was about to start to cry as he held the small child, he already had black hair on his head and the child was moving about already and Segata Jabo says “So small….yet..something about you is special, your name is-”. Just before he named his child he heard a knock on the door and he was confused, Who would come visit such a low born noble he was barely even able to support his farm after the drought and then the door opened and One of The Five Gods stepped in, Ata the God of Order and much more. He is about to stand and bow his head but Ata raises his hand and says sternly “Do not stand, Do not bow. I'm here for one reason.” Segata Jabo gulps and nods, holding the child shaking a bit now as Ata looks at the child, his eyes seemingly glowing and he blinks once and the glow fades. He places a finger to his chin and says “My my my…..a unique child you have, normally I would easily be able to see much more in a child but…” Ata’s voice seems to fade as he goes silent then he asks “Have you named the child?” Segata Jabo responds instantly “NO! I was just about to….but you came in I-” Ata cuts him off and leans down to look at the child more closely and kneels down. --Ata-- As he looks at this child it has a familiar presence, once again Ata tries to look into it's destiny but he finds nothing as if he hits a wall that denies him. At this point he's starting to get mad but then as if he fell or was grabbed and pulled into the presence of blackness, nothingness.... He looks but sees nothing and then he's frozen he can't move and then a voice, it sounds shallow as if no emotion was behind it “Oh my...what do I have here” The voice takes a deep breath and places a hand on his shoulder it feels familiar but he can't understand why. Then the voice sounds happy “Ah yes, I know you….we'll it seems you have aged quite we'll. I guess you had gotten part of my reasonable side...if not all of it.” the voice is clearly male but Ata manages to speak “What…..who are you?” The person lets go of his shoulder and the darkness transforms into a lush blue field, filled with flowers but it's dark and the grass seems to have a bluish tint to it and the flowers have a white glow to them on the pedals and from what he can see their is no sun, yet there is enough light to clearly see everything and the voice responds in kind “hmm….we'll, I can't tell you exactly but I can give you a direction. Long long ago there was a tribe. They were attacked and saved by a being they never understood. He had a sword of the moon and it shined with fury of a thousand suns, he wore black armor that showed his mercilessness and his mask was gold to contain rage.” The voice takes a breath and continues almost recalling a fond memory “The one who had begged for her tribe to be saved. Soon it became a nation. An Empire of warriors, and followers of this being, that was clearly a God like the other five and he was named by those people as Saisho the God of Honor, though shamans from this tribe claim that he had honor but he was no warrior he was a creator.” The voice chuckles a bit and Ata tries to move and Ata yells “And why do you talk to me as if you know me!” The voice goes silent and says “You already know, Now then…..I send you back to reality.”. Ata feels himself thrown out of that plane of existence and into his body again and the low born noble is looking at him scared out of his mind clearly, Ata sighs a bit disappointed but now understands a bit “Segata Jabo, if I may name this child it would be an honor”. Segata Jabo looks at him with shock but quickly answers ‘It-wo-would be an honor but if I may ask, why?” Ata merely responds with a simple “Fate is something even I cant change.” and he places his hand on the child's forehead “You're name...from this point on shall be, Nocte. I give you my physical power along with my magical strength and endurance.``. A glow comes from Ata’s hand but the glow does not go around the child like a normal naming ceremony but rather seems to be absorbed, Ata looks at the difference and notices it right away, taking his hand off Nocte, standing he says “Interesting...but I believe the ceremony is complete. Take good care of this child, for this child may be something greater than even me.” and with that he leaves and as he exits his maid asks “If I may ask my lord, why did you name that child. Normally Gods would only name their closest and strongest servants not some…” Ata finishes her sentence “Some low born Noble that has no ties with me or my church.” The maid goes silent and so does Ata, He leaves the main front door and opens a portal and has the maid go through. He then closes the portal and opens another that is blue rather than the purple and goes through it and he comes out at a large gate of pure gold. Ata waits for only a few seconds before the larges are opened by large Dragons, both are wearing armor that covers their body completely. Their armor seemingly dented and even stained with blood of many races that have gotten in conflict with the Eternal Dragon Empire. The Dragons then bow their heads to Ata then turn and fall almost completely down as they bow their head to the Princess of Dragons, Saara the Dragon Princess who had created them. She seemed to have changed her clothing over the many generations, Her clothing has changed from the dress she used to wear to more of a battle suit. It's a white outfit with almost like a drape over the waist and white stockings. Her hair only goes down to her shoulders and her eyes have changed to a more pinkish color over time. It's clear she's taking a liking to her dragon morphing abilities as she has her tail out and it follows behind her as she walks towards Ata her scales seem to have only gotten whiter like her hair and she wears what looks like a crown but it's made out of metal and it goes across her temples and up like horns of that of a Dragon. The middle portion of her suit seems armored like metal but it's clearly made of large Dragon scales and a blue cape comes from her neck piece that goes down to the drape on her waist. Saara stops midway and smiles at Ata and she asks “Brother why are you here? I don't recall us assigning a meeting…” He simply looks at his sister and says “Please let’s go inside away from the cold, you know I don't like it.” Saara nods and leads Ata in with a giggle and “Of course silly, I'll have a dinner prepared and-” Ata responds cutting his sister off “No, I don't need a dinner we need to talk in private..” Ata said it a bit too harshly but his sister’s smile vanished and she nodded understanding at least it was serious and both headed inside without another word.
