The new guy was Davey. He was about my age. Not fat exactly, he was a meaty, heavily built guy. He wasn"t tall either, so this probably made him seem a bit more rotund. He had a boxer"s nose. I don"t know he ended up with us. Maybe Kirsty had told Peter there was someone on the street and Peter found him. Maybe Peter just had some kind of sixth sense about who was truly lost and who was just passing through. Although we were a small community I didn"t spend much time with Davey.
