The heat from the blistering hot sun feels like heaven. It's pretty hot, shifting is going to be the quickest way to reach old oak river. Without thinking about it, I had already shifted, shaking out my deep black fur as I did. My paws pounded into the dry ground, leaving a trail of powdered earth in my wake.
