Training has improved. My ability to affect objects around me with a single drop of blood, a pinprick, or a bitten lip. So far, not all blood works as a sacrifice. It must be taken intentionally. Only yesterday I took a tumble down a large flight of stairs, my knee and elbows getting scraped up. It felt like I had been pushed, though no one was around.
