News alert caution against interaction and encourage distance. It’s for the best, of course. Even if it weren’t, I’d gladly comply. People have always made me nervous. I’m indecisive to a fault. I often wonder why but I never reach a conclusion. Irony notwithstanding, I often fail even to form a hypothesis. Even the thought of it makes me nervous. Some things are better left unknown. Also unsaid. Debates of nature versus nurture often play out in my mind. In the end, I have no answers. Only questions. And a deep awareness of my otherness.
