I felt someone nudging my arm and I came fully awake from sleep when I heard Liam’s voice. “Amelia, we have to leave early,” he said, rubbing my back. I became aware of my morning breath so I quickly covered my mouth before I spoke. “What time is it?” He chuckled. “A little over six. Why did you cover your mouth?” “Morning breath.” He laughed again and shook his head before he leaned down to place a kiss on my nose. His breath smelled of mint and coffee. “Did you shower already?” He nodded. “Your clothes and toiletries are already in the bathroom. You can go take a bath while I prepare breakfast for us.” “What time did you wake up?” I asked him, hands still covering my mouth. “About an hour ago.” “Did you put up an alarm?
