I’m creating a special informal report due to today’s exceptional circumstances and the malfunction of the class 342/A teleporter. For technical details about the malfunction, please reference Chief Engineer Valkonson’s report located here.
Background
We are in the Valkerian Star Quadrant on a 3-month expedition to research various exploitable type planets (23 interesting minerals class and seven biological). One of the worlds fell into both categories, and we set in orbit to scan and prepare a landing party.
