“Here's what you asked to be printed,” Anna said, setting the stapled sheets on my desk.
I smiled. “Thank you so much, Anna. You're a lifesaver.”
Anna beamed right back, the way she had always been with me ever since I started working here, unlike my other coworkers who only started bothering to say hi after my engagement to Keanu was announced.
After Anna had walked round the corner, I perused the papers to ensure everything was intact before getting up and making my way into Keanu's office.
Keanu was on his phone, standing and looking out the floor-to-ceiling window. He'd hung his suit jacket over his chair, leaving on his shirt underneath that perfectly defined his sculpted back and bulging arms. My eyes went lower, where his dark trousers hugged his tight, beautiful ass.
