Edwards was waiting with the car when we came down to the garage. Keanu held the door open for me, and I slid into the back seat, still having no idea where we were going.
We drove for about twenty minutes, Keanu's hand on my thigh rubbing slow circles that made me so much more aware of him, his touch comforting.
More buildings disappeared the further we drove until there was only a few here and there. Finally, Edwards pulled up in front of a single-storey building almost in the middle of nowhere. It had no sign whatsoever, revealing nothing about what was inside.
