Emma Spencer. The conversation with dad left me uneasy. I sat there thinking about it while some returned to their human state and others went out running. Mom took Maddie to rest, since it had been a long day for her. I sigh and say in my head, “Are you there?” Silence… I try again, saying, “Mia, can you answer me? Listen, I know you’re angry, but I am too. Do you think I wanted this?
