Elliot POV
Lucian was pissed as we entered the homeroom. As per all our negotiations, we were in the same class as Aria. She and Heather sat in the back.
I had to wonder if they were … together.
The way Heather looked at Aria, the girl was in love with her. I was sure of it.
Stepping into the classroom, we captured the gaze of everyone in class, apart from the two in the back.
Heather had a lock of Aria’s long hair between her fingers. Today was the first time I realized how f*****g sexy she looked. That long hair trailing down her body. It was long, down to just above her ass. There was nothing scraggly about it. Thick, designed to be wrapped around a man’s fist as he f****d her nice and hard.
My d**k ached to be inside her.
Damn, I hadn’t had strong feelings like this in a long time. I didn’t live like a monk, and chicks were easy to take. Being one of the four Saintly Devils helped. They were always trying to bag the four of us. Some girls practically begged for all four of us to train on them, taking us one after the other.
We never gave in to that.
Not a single girl here could hold the victory trophy of having all four of us. It was our rule. We also had to watch our backs. Some of the girls here were f*****g vicious.
There was no room near Heather and Aria.
Lucian took the lead, going to the back of the room and forcing the four people around them to move.
They didn’t put up any fight as we took the tables in front and to the side of Aria.
Once sat, I noticed Aria looked at us, and I caught the disappointment in her gaze. The level of rejection she was sending our way would give a guy a complex, but I liked it.
She was playing hard to get.
This was a first for me. I hadn’t experienced a challenge in a really long time, and I rather liked this.
“I am thinking of cutting some off,” Aria said. “I forgot to put it up this morning.”
No way in hell was she cutting her f*****g hair. I was about to say something when Heather got there first.
“No. Don’t. You’ve been growing this for years. I know why you do it. Unless you’re ready to cut it all off.”
There was something in that little piece of information, but I didn’t know what it was. Why did Aria keep her hair long? Was it really important?
“I know.”
Aria sighed and shrugged.
“You know me. I’ll keep it.”
Heather smiled.
The teacher entered the classroom.
He took one look at us and seemed to piss himself. This guy was a new teacher. I wasn’t sure of his name. He was young though.
“Hi, everyone, I’m Mr. Connors,” he said. “As I’m sure you’re all aware, it has been decided that during homeroom, we’re going to have to explore the elements of relationships.”
Everyone groaned. Homeroom was an excuse to sit around for twenty minutes while the register was called to make sure we were all present.
“Yeah, I know, it sucks. This isn’t part of your grade. The principal believes it’s a good time as any seeing as you’re now all seniors, and with a certain incident last semester, it’s time for us to explore all elements of relationships.”
Last semester, the r**e incident.
I remembered the s**t from the fallout.
A guy drugged a junior at a party, r***d her, and then tried to claim they were in a relationship. Not cool. A huge investigation had happened. All of us had been interviewed. We’d been at the party, and I knew it had pissed Lucian off that someone had got hurt and we hadn’t known about it.
It had put a little dent in our reputation for senior year. We were supposed to be the f*****g kings of the school and yet, we’d failed. Before the guy had been arrested and charged, we’d all pounded the s**t out of him. He’d been on the football team, and he’d expected us to lie for him.
We made sure his ass was handed right into the police.
“So, as I’m sure you’re all aware, we’re going to be learning about this throughout the year. I also want to mention that if any of you feel at any time you’re being pressured to do things or are being abused in any way, then please do not hesitate to come and talk to me.”
The room was silent.
Didn’t he know who we all were?
Of course, we were all going to be pressured at some point to commit to a relationship none of us f*****g wanted. This wasn’t a normal school. This was All Saints, the boarding school for the rich and famous. The next generation of business owners. The dominants of the world.
“So let’s start with the type of relationships,” he said.
No one said a word. Seconds ticked by.
“Parental,” Aria said, speaking up. “Mother and daughter. Father and daughter and of course vice versa for sons.”
“Good, correct, Miss…”
“Vales. Aria Vales.”
“Good.”
He smiled and started to write on the board. One by one, we all joined in.
“f**k buddies,” Rowan said.
“That’s not the kind of relationship I’m referring to.”
“So you have something against a chick or dude you f**k? Like, you stick your d**k in it and that’s not a relationship at all?” Rowan asked.
Mr. Connors went bright red as snickers erupted around the room. I chanced a look at Aria and saw she had also smiled.
“We’re talking about a more detailed relationship.”
“How can you get more detailed than that?” Aria asked. “Are you saying that relationships can only be limited by blood or loyalty? What about love? What about basic human attraction? It’s all relevant.”
“We’re exploring the relationships on a familiar level.”
“Well that makes no sense,” Heather said. “You have relationships across the board. Rowan’s views are a little blunt, but let’s face it, s*x is considered the oldest profession in the book.”
“And you should know,” someone said at the front.
Heather rolled her eyes as Mr. Connors reprimanded the asshole who said it.
“Then what about the selection?” Aria asked.
This silenced the whole room.
“The selection?”
“You may be new to this school, but it’s something that is learned early on. You can pretend not to know, but what are your views on it? A single red rose given to one girl and she is expected to bow down? To belong to not one but four guys as if it’s some kind of honor?” she asked.
“It is an honor to be chosen,” Lucian said.
“Right, it’s an honor to be chosen to belong to four guys, but a girl who brings up the profession of s*x is insulted. There is no honor in this.”
“I think we’re getting away from the point,” Mr. Connors said.
“Do you have any idea what it would mean to belong to us?” Lucian asked.
“Yeah, being your damn slave, and that’s something I will never do.”
“Don’t say never, Aria. You’ll embarrass yourself.”
“I think it’s time we moved on,” I said, speaking up. “Before we say something we’re going to regret.”
I shot a glare at Lucian, wanting him to stop speaking. We couldn’t get her to agree to the selection without pissing her off. Now he wanted to have it out in front of an entire classroom and a teacher. This would make our chances even worse.
As if someone was on our side, the bell rang, drawing us close to homeroom until tomorrow.
“s**t!” Mr. Connors said, grabbing his folder and quickly running down the list of names. “We’ll carry this on through to tomorrow. Think about the importance of relationships.”
Aria and Heather rushed out of the classroom.
“f**k,” I said as Lucian chased after her.
“Not good,” Rowan said.
I was there first, grabbing Lucian’s arm before he could do something stupid.
“Not cool,” I said.
“She brought up the selection,” Lucian said. “Insufferable b***h!”
“Everyone knows about the selection. It’s the worst-kept secret,” Sebastian said. “That's why they all get excited.”
“You need to get your s**t together,” I said. “We’re already behind on the plan. You pissing her off isn’t going to win her over.”
“She isn’t going to give us a chance. Can’t you see that?”
“Chance or not. We’re not going to get it if you keep exploding.”
I ran my fingers through my hair.
We stood, waiting for Lucian to calm down. He was volatile. Normally, out of all of us, he was the level-headed one. I could only imagine what his dad had to say about this whole thing.
“We’re going to get it done.”
I put a hand on his shoulder.
“And I’ve got an idea for how we can do it.”
“We’ve got to get to class,” Rowan said. “We don’t know who is listening. This s**t is good for the dorm.”
I agreed.
Our next lesson was biology, and we headed toward the science department.
Heather and Aria were once again sitting together, which pissed me off.
I had no idea they were attached at the f*****g hip.
This wasn’t doing good for our reputation. The Saintly Devils were known to get what they wanted. Aria was turning herself into a legend, and I had to wonder if she even realized it.
The more she rejected us, the more infamous she became.
Running a hand down my face, I sat between Aria and Lucian. Our leader needed to get his s**t together.
No one spoke as the teacher entered, immediately commanding attention at the front of the class.
I tried not to look toward Aria, but I just couldn’t resist. I never realized how sexy she was. The school uniform was mostly bland colors. She wore a pencil skirt that highlighted her curves. Each time I looked at her, I wanted to run my hands all over her body to confirm she was in fact real.
My d**k ached.
In the past few weeks, I’d only enjoyed what my hand could offer. Ever since I was fifteen and lost my virginity, I never used my hand. This was too important to mess up.
The class went on and on. I was so f*****g bored. No wonder I struggled in this class. I wasn’t the kind of guy who lived for science. It was all nerd s**t.
I often wondered if it was my penchant for the arts. I liked to draw, to bring to life on page everything going on inside my head. I've filled a lot of books over the years. All of them my perspective of my time here and growing up in my own personal hell.
Sitting close to Aria, even near her, I found myself more enthralled with an uncanny need to draw her.
I wondered if she’d ever be willing to sit down for me.
For now, I would have to enjoy the views from my own mind. There was no way I was going to get her to be mine, not yet. I always loved a challenge though.
