I put on a hairnet and went to help the ladies in the kitchen. The space was bustling, and at the back of the canteen, there was a large area for children, full of toys and space for them to play. This allowed Isabel and Camila to manage the business without having to be away from their children. It was an intelligent and practical idea that seemed to work very well.
