A new beginning

Amy pov Day 4, or what do I say, maybe its day 6, maybe its day 8, who knows how long they're already lost. Who knows if they really are lost. The police is flying with helicopters over the area where they most likely are. Since they're doing this since yesterday morning, they can also be totally wrong. The hearts of fans are crushed and it became international news. People started campaigns on social media to find them, but nobody heard anything from them. I feel so bad. I almost feel responsible for everything that can happen to them. Since I knew most of the family's of the cast pretty good I try to visit them everyday. They're also staying together waiting for that wanted call from the police that they're found. Everyone is preparing themselves on the worst call that they can get from the police. What if the police finds them and they're already dead? What if the police doesn't find them at all. It's still morning and I sit at the dining table drinking my coffee. I unlock my phone getting all messages from social media again. It's nice to see that all fans are so living with the family's of the cast. And with that I mean all fans all around the world. Now I realize how big The Next Step actually is, I never really realized in how many countries The Next Step gets aired. I get a call from the police. "Good morning," a woman says as I pick up the phone. "Hopefully," I say back. "I'm sorry," the woman says, "they're nowhere found where we think they can be." "So what now?" I ask. "Wait," the woman says, "wait until someone sees them, or finds someone which can lead us to where they are." "Did they drove over the road they drove over?" I ask. "Yes," the woman says, "over both roads, but no sign. You've to start thinking about if they even want to be found." "What do you mean?" I ask confused. "Well," the woman says carefully, "didn't they just drove to somewhere else to celebrate a vacation or something." "Eh no," I say clearly, "definitely not." "Then I'm really sorry," the woman says, "we're not going to continue searching for now." "Okay thanks," I say trying to sound thankful. "We'll let you know if there's new information," the woman says. Myles pov "Okay," says Victoria jumping up as we realize that Brittany and Trevor are not going to come back any time soon, "lets search for water." "And make a fishing rod," Briar adds. The others go outside trying to find water while Briar and I are going to try to make a fishing rod. Should be interesting. We find, surprisingly, some thread and use a nail file to make a sharp point on the end of some earrings. I look proud to what we've made. "Looks good!" I say. "Yea," Briar says, "better than expected. I pull her closer to me and start kissing her. Soon the kissing becomes rougher and push her over so she's laying with her back on the couch. I keep myself up on my forearms as I place them beside both sides of her head. Briar has both arms wrapped around my neck. "I really missed you," I say between kissing. "I missed this," Briar says breathing heavily. Don't ask me how, but somehow we managed to turn around so Briar was laying on top of me. I rub her sides. Our tongues fit perfectly together and I move my hand sliding it between her sweater and her bare skin. Briar squeaks and jumps up. "NEVER do that again," she says. "What's wrong?" I ask kind of disappointed, I want to feel her soft bare skin, not some stupid sweater. "Your hands are freezing!" she says laughing. I laugh too, glad it was just that. "Sorry," I say. "It's okay," she says smiling and giving me one last kiss, "lets see if the others found something. We walk with the 'fishing rod' outside and see Brittany and Trevor sit against the side of the 'cave'. "Looks pretty serious," I say. "Yea," Briar says, "hopefully it's all okay." At that point we see the others come back. "We found something!" Jordan yells excited from far. "Good," I yell back keeping the 'fishing rod' in the air. "Cool," Isaac says as we walk towards them. "I think it's best to use canned corn," Briar says caring canned corn. "I agree," Isaac says. Not far from the cave is indeed water. It's frozen, but water is water. We break the ice with stones, which actually worked pretty well, and throw out 'DIY fishing rod' in the water. "And now waiting," I say as we all look into the water. "We don't have to stay here all right?" Victoria asks. "I can stay with you," Lamar says looking at me, "and then the rest can go." "I can stay here," Briar says fast. "Yea I already assumed that," Lamar says and laughs a little. "Okay," Isaac says, "let us know if there's something." We say goodbye and then Isaac, Jordan and Victoria leave. Unfortunately it's not that easy. The fishes are too smart, or they aren't here at all. We sit all around the ice hole we made. We catch nothing more than some stupid little fishes, which you can't even eat, but we've a great time. We talked just like never ever happened, like we would do just on the couch back home. I miss home. I never really realized it, but I'm starting to miss home more and more. Well, it's a little less now Briar is back, but I'm sure it'll never be gone.
