"I'm totally dissapointed in you Mandy this is the height of disrespect, is this how I brought you up?since when did you start lying to me? Mrs Johnson yelled angrily."
Her both parents are gathered in Mandy's room with angry expression written all over their faces.
None of them slept since the previous night when Daniel carried her in and explained everything to them. They all took turns watching over her, the family doctor had already came around and ran series of tests on her before leaving.
"I'm sorry mom," Mandy managed to mutter as tears welled up in her eyes.
Her Dad , Mr Johnson clenched his palm in anger, he felt like s**t seeing her in that position and not being able to help her, if only he could exchange their bodies and take all the pains away from her , he loves her as his last daughter.
"Sorry for what exactly? Take a good look at yourself, you could have been raped, how do you expect us to live with the guilt that we are so careless to the point of watching your life get destroyed right under our nose? " Mr Johnson yelled angrily, his eyes were burning with so much rage, heaven knows it's taking everything in him to control himself.
"Dad, I know you are angry right now but we should all be glad nothing happened to her, she's safe that's all that matters," George finally spoke up in mandy's defence, he couldn't stand her tears anymore, she was his baby sister.
"Shut the f**k up George, I will discpline my daughter in the way I know how, and you have no right to interfere, do you know how dangerous a rape case can be? Or you think she is still gonna remain your sweet little mandy for the rest of her life!!? Mr Johnson screamed at him angrily.
"I'm sorry dad," George quickly apologized clenching his palm angrily.
"I knew it from the start, right from the first day Mandy mentioned all his fancy features, I knew he wasn't gonna be a good one," Mrs Johnson said.
"Mom, it's all my fault, I was the one who got him drunk even after he told me he don't wanna get drunk," mandy cried helplessly.
She couldn't stop blaming herself for ruining Jack's image with her carelessness.
"Don't you dare say another word Mandy, not even a word from you, am totally disappointed in you,and mind you, are grounded for a whole week" Mr Johnson yelled and stormed out of the room.
"Mommy, please," Mandy pleaded staring pitifuly at her mom with her teary eyes.
"I can't stand you right now Mandy" Mrs Johnson muttered and left, George turned around to leave too.
"George please, don't go, don't leave me too please," Mandy cried holding onto his hands tightly.
Those hands that will never leave her even when she commits the worst crime, he loves her so much, her only big brother that can sacrifice anything for her even if she commit the worst crime.
"Why Mandy? Why did you do it?" George muttered clutching her hand firmly?
She went mute, her mouth was tied, she couldn't tell him that she wanted to be alone with George so she can learn to love back the way he do to her.
"You took a dangerous risk Mandy? Why Mandy," he said through gritted teeth.
"No George, No...I...I... Just wanted to spend some time alone with Jack, that's all," she said.
"You all really need to beleive me, none of this is his fault, I forced the alcohol on him even when he told me clearly that he doesn't drink," Mandy pleaded.
"Don't make excuses for that bastard mandy, else you are really gonna piss me off, he did what he did because he already planned it, and why I will want to hurt him where ever I see him?" George retorted angrily.
"George, I know you hate me right now, especially mom and Dad, I know I ..."
" no one hate you Mandy, they are just angry and disappointed, and honestly, I am too,so stop looking for someone that will fall for your emotional outburst , am not ready for that" George quickly cut her off.
"I'm really sorry, I didn't mean for any of this to happen, I don't know how to make it up, I feel really terrible right now," Mandy muttered, tears welled up in her eyes.
"Mandy don't cry please, I don't care if mom and dad are mad at you, I am not, and I'm here for you, it kills me to see your tears mandy," George muttered bitterly as tears clouded his eyes.
"What was I thinking George? Why did I let this happen? I just wanted to have fun without anyone hovering around me, I never meant for any of this to happen," Mandy cried.
"It's okay, everything will be fine, I promise you," George said pulling her into his arms, stroking her hair while whispering soothing words into her ears.
She felt a strong wave of safety wash over her as she rested on his chest, this is the only place in the whole world where she feels excessively safe and peaceful.
"George, stay with me please, don't leave, I don't wanna be left alone please," Mandy pouted clutching onto him tightly.
"I'm here Mandy with you mandy, I'm not going anywhere, I will always be here, by your side no matter what," George whispered softly in her ear.
"George?" She suddenly called.
" huh?" He answered.
"What's gonna happen to Jack? Will mom and dad get him arrested?" She asked.
"No, he's not gonna get arrested because your annoying ass kept muttering Its all your fault in your sleep, I guess they don't wanna do something that will get your name involved along the line," George replied and she heaved a sigh of relief.
"And besides, who would want to throw a half dead person into jail?" He added and Mandy playfully punched him slightly on the arm.
"You are the only true brother I have?" She pouted.
"I know baby sis". George said
"George seriously, it's all my...."
"Don't piss me off Mandy," George snapped angrily.
Mandy stared meekly making her cute baby face that she knows George could never resist.
"Come here," he whispered pulling her back into his arms.
"Don't do things like this mandy, I was scared to death," he whispered In her ear stroking her hair gently.
Mandy responded by pulling hugging him back herself.
