Kad walked into Rubeus' office with Kai. She noticed Rubeus was already seated behind his desk, with Raven on the seat beside him. She saw Koe and Kida sitting on a small couch, and she felt Kai place an arm around her shoulder. She looked up at him gratefully as they walked into the room. She watched him sit in a chair, and she was pulled onto his lap.
