Where did you go alpha??

1003 Words
Alex We should've known she was going to run. She tried multiple times after killing my ruthless father. But Lexi convinced me she needed space and time to come to terms that she was no longer alone in the world. One thing Mia didn't stop to realize is her secret is out, only a phoenix would be able to do anything with flames like they did.  Killing my dad after doing a complete healing instantaneously was beyond bonkers though, but the best part was summoning a sword made of pure flames that was dark enough to belong to hell but too pure to belong to heaven. She cut his head off like she was cutting butter. Then she zoned out and walked off. Teleporting through the barrier, which should have been impossible. Acting as if nothing happened. As if we could forget the fact she has a glamor that she controls with almost an iron fist. If I didn't already have my beautiful mate Lexi I would have wished for a woman like Mia in a heartbeat, but Lexi was even better in my own eyes , than Mia could ever be to me. Now my mate is going crazy with stress and fear because the woman she has claimed as her Alpha, her superior, has vanished without a trace. I told her not to give the spelled objects to her because she was already extremely powerful and needed us to help hide her as is. Yea like that got me anywhere. Now we are trudging through town trying to locate our Alpha, who seems to have gone to school?! I'm surprised she fought us tooth in nail after Lexi used magic to help locate her the other day and I tracked her from there. Living on the worst street as if it was a palace, still hard to wrap my head around that one. My mate practically ran into the office screaming her head off and I followed suit. She was throwing threats left and right. I could barely follow when I felt the presence of a fellow Alpha that dad was cool with. The dean was an Alpha that collected powerful supernaturals to strengthen his pack. Over my dead body would he get my mate or Alpha. I willed myself not to flinch as he threw his Alpha powers out to attempt to take control of the situation. Much to my surprise my beautiful mate didn't even flinch but yelled a little more.``What is going on here?" Alpha asked. He stared at us both for a long time. Longer than was necessary all I could do was fight back a shift as he stared at my mate, sizing her up as if she was the dangerous one. He must not know that we were following the dangerous one. I clenched my teeth and fist harshly until he decided that my mate couldn't harm him. "My name is Lexi, and we are looking for our alpha. She has been here recently. My mate Alex has scented her here and can't find her scent to where she went. If you guys have even touched a piece of her blue hair I will make your life's a living hell." "Your alpha came in about half an hour ago and got her schedule and went out to figure her way around campus. Why would she abandon her pack Lexi?" the dean asked. "She would never abandon us!" I shouted or so I hoped. "She just doesn't do well with us always being right there. She snuck out a window to avoid us trying to protect her, that f*****g hellion." I knew the second I said it, it wasn't going to just fly by my little mate who has taken quite an interest in our Alpha. "It's not even like she needs us to protect her. She is crazy scary. What did I say about calling her a hellion" Lexi screeched as she hit me . "We are lucky she even saved us from him, but also to take us under her wing and offer her protection to us. You should be ashamed."  "Boy, what is your last name? I can't seem to recall where I would've met you before but I know I have" the dean interrupted. I visibly paled to a significant degree. I have been recognized by dean and he seemed eager to remember who I was. I couldn't budge an inch or else I'd be endangering my new family even more. " I no longer have a last name, it was willingly revoked to be in her pack. A move I will never regret" I added with a snarl. "Give us our schedules so we can find our alpha, now" I demanded as I ripped the papers out of Mrs. Jones' hands. Slamming through the doors that lead to the outdoor campus. The place was big and my first time going to a school that wasn't run by my father's pack. Thinking of him gave me a sharp pinch in the gut. I watched him die and instead of going to my pack and helping them through, helping his unwilling mates through the pain I ran away to join a new pack. Where I won't have to worry about a jealous or old-school werewolf attacking and killing my mate because she can't shift. I tried to pick up our Alpha's trail but couldn't and it seems that my little mate was having the same problem. I couldn't help but goad her, " regret giving her those crystals now to help her hide herself, huh?". And the look I got in return made me whine like a little puppy wanting attention. Her eyes softened at that and gave me a kiss. She looked so sad as she said, "If she activated any of the charms given to her we won't be able to find her till she wants to be found. Might as well give her the space she desires." Lexi then took my hand and started exploring the campus and locating our classes.
