Paxton We all made eye contact as the fight was ending, there was no doubt in any of our minds the color of her kill marks.She got off of Exos and walked away from him as if she hadn't just been practically humping him. He was f****d, I might have been okay with him doing whatever it took to win but to be out there looking like he was begging to f**k my mate. No, he took it way too far. Mrs. Corday lowered the barrier and stepped inside. "We have our winner, O'Maiya! Who would like to challenge her for the next battle" was echoed throughout the gym but I saw no mic to carry it throughout. I stood up before anyone else could and stalked towards my mate. I was worried when she came in with Alpha Archers son Alex. I wasn't stupid he would probably gift Mia to his father, that is if anyone could find him. From what my sources tell me the Alpha bond broke, and his son vanished. Just to reappear here claiming Mia as his Alpha. Coincidence I think not.
Mrs. Corday backed out of the center with an unconscious Exos and a wicked grin waiting to see how she would handle a dragon after turning an incubus's powers against himself. The barrier went up again blocking out everyone else's scent except hers. I understood now how he possibly lost control, I could still smell it perpetrating the air. I felt my d**k harden at the thought of taking her in every way she would let me. Her musk was addicting and f****d with my head, thankfully it was fading.
I watched her watch me as if going through her thoughts on how to take me. I used my speed and got right in front of her face wanting to see if she'd kiss me like she did him. Only to see dark amusement there. She already knew that I was going to do that, but how? She moved away and in a blink of an eye she was behind me. I couldn't let her best me also. So I transformed into a dragon and went to get her only to see her vanish. Her scent told me she still stood there. Exos did mention a glamor so she was just f*****g with us all. I moved where she was to see dark flames appear and disappear at once. She had teleported again, like that would work. I took a deep breath trying to locate her but I could only find scents of where she was. Nothing strong enough to indicate where she currently is. What the f**k is my mate besides powerful?
I transformed back into a man naked as the day I was born, thankfully the school kept extra clothes in stock if we were to shift before having the chance to remove our clothes. I moved around trying to get a read on the makeshift combat zone. I stepped into a warmer part and knew she had to be around, after all it seemed her specialty was playing with fire. I went to move closer when a blade rested against my neck causing me to freeze. I looked down to see flames and even knowing it was my mate I started to panic. "Say the words and it'll all go away big boy" was all she said. Seems to me she was a little upset about not getting introduced to me earlier. With that I smirked and the blade broke skin. Whereas it wasn't lighting me on fire physically when she used it to break skin it felt like my blood was boiling. I fell to the floor and spew out those nasty words "I concede". With that the pressure vanished and the burning in my veins ebbed a little. I stood up feeling ashamed and disgraced. She had me beat before I even stepped into the playing field.
Mrs. Corday walked back in looking a little impressed. "Okay next ones up are Erik and " I zoned out after hearing that my mate was done for the day. It wasn't fair to her to do back to back fights. I wonder if it was because she used no powers in her first one.
By the time I finally made it back to group Exos had woken up, and looked rather sheepish. Before I could even say a word he spoke. "Mia's mine too. You had to of smelt her when you walked into the battlefield to fight her ''. With that I stopped whatever retort that was going to come out of my mouth. I turned to see what my brothers thought, and they didn't seem surprised. Definitely looked jealous though. Who could blame them? She now has four mates and one is an incubus who was the only one to have gotten a reaction out of her. Titus fidgeted in the corner of my eye, and I knew without a doubt what he was going to say.
"Ummm… I guess this probably isn't the time to say this but, it can't get much worse then now. So I might have accidentally created a mating bond with her also… I swear it was an accident. I blame her. Did you guys see her fight? Mrs. Corday had to take her out of the ring. She's too strong and powerful to risk putting her up against everyone else. They would just enter the ring and tap out." I shot a dirty look at Titus as he continued. "It might have started when she surrendered in the forest but it finished here watching her fight." He looked down for a second and took a deep breath and decided to tack on. "I'm sorry I had a clue that some of you had a claim on her when I started it and I shouldn't have done it."
All of us sat in silence for the rest of class trying to process everything that had to do with her. When the rest of the group got up to do their fight they won and went back to sulking in silence. Was this the end of the line for my pack, or will we pull through stronger than ever?
