Sky and Kayla headed back downstairs together. They had set out with the best intentions to start packing up some things, ready to move. But everyone knows what they say about the road to hell, paved with good intentions. They got waylaid on the way to find some plastic boxes. Kayla had pulled a piece of plasterboard from Sky’s hair with another laugh. “I think we might need a shower”, she said as she began to drag Sky toward her room.
