We made a U-turn and drove at a medium speed going to the south part of the city. I tried to make my sense of smell even stronger so that even a very faint smell of Adamantem would not pass through my nose unnoticed. I focused and none of the warriors inside the car tried to make any noise. They too were too observant as we went along our way to the south part.
We have been traveling far already but I could not anymore smell even the slightest of Adamantem’s scent. We returned to our booked lodging house, disappointed.
“Men, we need to be early tomorrow, we will still go south but we will turn left this time on the first crossroad, since tonight we just went straight south,” I said informing my warriors of my plan tomorrow.
