I was furious. I was beginning to realize that something might have happened when I left Adamantem here at that time when I had a meeting with Thermally’s Alpha father.
“Tell me Thermally, how did Adamantem beat you up when we found you in her room tied up? You are more trained and skilled than her. I remembered you didn’t even have bruises that time or whatever kind of injury. What did you tell her and how come that she was wearing your hoody and she had your horse?” I asked her with my voice echoing all over the living room.
I noticed how Thermally’s face grew pale and how she stiffened upon hearing my questions. Sensing her tense reaction, I made two big strides and in a swift motion, I was already holding her arms so tight, almost crushing her bones.
