The department had thought sending the police down to The Halloween school party, would somehow stop the killer. But the killer had gone ahead and taken the victim right in front of their eyes.
Just like the previous cold murders, this one had tongue cutting, throat - slitting, three bullets on each body and then lastly, the eerie "cross with a tail" sign.
