Dr. Miles stepped in. He informed me that Goldie had been brought in to Decagon Health. I needed to see her.
“I’m sorry sir, you can’t leave the process mid way, it needs to be completed before you can step out” The nurse said and I could sense the displease in her voice, like she’s cussing me inwardly. I admit, I was really a prick to deal with, but what could I do when the woman I love was in a life battle?
“Are you cussing me right now?”
“Not a word sir.” She said in panic, I just had to make sure.
