Daniel walks over to Emma but Is pulled back to a table where his ex wife is sat with his arms crosses.

"money?"

"take this and leave us the alone or next time you will regret it!,there may be no police but sort think you'd get off scot free next time." Daniel shouted as he rushed over to Emma to untie her. he grabbed the handkerchief from his pocket and started wiping away the blood. she looked so weak. beaten and bruised.

"look all your money is there just let us go as i need to get Emma to the hospital, we wont say it was any of you" Daniel pleaded.

they tried to leave but the male stopped them. "not so fast. we didn't call Phil for nothing" he said while pushing them towards the already prepared butcher set up.

"I know you. you work on floor 7 as did my ex wife. if you let us go you can keep your job but if you don't I will fire you." Daniel tried to negotiate.

"don't you dare zeb, he's black mailing you"

"baby I will lose my job and my mother is sick I cannot afford her medicine without this work" zeb replied.

"you let them go we are done and I will sue you"

" i need this job but cannot afford to be sued neither lose my love" zeb said in frustration.

"if you let us go ill give you a promotion and pay for all of your mothers health bills plus stand in court as a witness" Daniel pleaded because his lover will die from her injuries if they do not leave quickly.

zeb walks over to daniels ex wife.

" I chose you baby"

she smiled and laughed with a evil like crackle.

"Phil prepare the grinder"

"yes mam"

zeb gives her a cuddle and as he does he stabs her in the stomach making her immediately drop to the ground holding her wound.

"you betrayed me zeb,how dare you. you'll be fed to your family.in the form of burgers".

Daniel ,Emma and zeb make a run for it leaving the warehouse.

Phil and the ex wife's runs out after them. Phil pulls out a revolver b class pistol.

"if you move ill shoot you all"

suddenly he was shot from behind. the body drops to the floor and behind him was Daniels assistant.

then many sirens could be heard pulling into the carpark. the ex wife tried making a run for it but she was tazered by an officer.

paramedics rushed out from the ambulance to help Emma on board. Daniel follows her in.

Daniel shouts to his assistant. "have someone drive my car to the hospital please".

the ambulance door closes and they make thier way quickly to the hospital.

the paramedic starts to attach a ecg monitor to Emma , pulse machine to her finger and gives her a oxygen mask.

"is she going to be OK?"

"we do not know for certain but the injuries look minor so i have High hopes for a slow recovery "

"she is also 10 weeks pregnant "

"right OK sir we will try out best to give her the care needed,I'll let the doctors know so they can get the ultra sound machine ready for her.

"this is 3006, I have a patient with me who is 10 weeks pregnant, she has Been a victim of gbh we will need the ultra sound machine dine on arrival. over and out" the paramedic said through his walkie.

"hi 3006,thank you for the information,over and out".

they arrive at the hospital and as promised the doctors have a bed set up with a ultra sound machine.

"this will be a little cold,I'm sorry if I hurt you Emma" the nurse said as she squirted gel onto the probe.

"here you go your lovely very healthy well baby,heat is beating flawlessly, would you like to hear it?" she asked.

"yes please" Emma relied.

"awh it's beautiful hunny" Daniel said kissing Emma on the forehead.
