Daniel left and Emma was left to herself so she decided to make pancakes. as she was heating the pan she heard someone storm in from the main door.

"YOU!,FIRST YOU STEAL MY HUSBAND THEN YOU TAKE HIM ON HOLIDAY THEN YOU TRAP HIM INTO A UNWANTED PREGNANCY! YOU F*CKING WH*RE!".

Emma turns towards this female. "Daniel told me that you were just married so he could be CEO" Emma replied.

"NO! WE ARE IN LOVE,YOU CAUSED ME A M*SCARRIAGE JUST 2 MONTHS AGO AS I WAITED FOR MY HUSBAND TO RETURN BUT HE DID NOT SINCE HE WAS IN YOUR OFFICE ,I SPOKE TO TOMMY AND FIRED HIM" she shouted.

"you had no right to fire my assistant. I'm calling Daniel" .

Daniel doesn't pick up.

she walks closer as Emma backed up covering her stomach in protection before passing out.

Emma opens her eyes to the sight of Daniel crying over her bedside. she looks around to find that she is laying in a hospital bed. "why and how am i here?" she asked

"my maid found you passed out in the kitchen after she saw smoke coming out of the kitchen, my wife has been arrested and charged ,I'm getting a divorce I don't care what the consequences are also you've been asleep.for a week now, I took care of the presentation" Daniel replied

"what a week?! how about the baby?"

the baby is well,before they discharge you they will do a ultrasound to check again and I have booked off the next 6 weeks to be by your side 24/7 . I have also purchased us a house to call home which we will go to today as were.going home" Daniel said.

2 hours later:

"hello miss King I have the ultra sound here for you let's have a look and listen then I'll sign you off .... we'll the baby looks completely healthy you are mesauing 8 weeks and 4 days and here's the little heart beat " the nurse said.

"it's beautiful" Daniel replied.

an hour later Emma was free to leave and they jumped straight into the jet home. Daniels chauffer met them at the airport with a car and jumped out into the other car giving Daniel the keys. they jump in and make.thier way around 6 hours drive away to a small.cottage I the countryside they go in and Emma observes the place. Daniel pikes up and says " there is enough enough for us ,our baby and family to stay. the garden is safe and fenced in,we can purchase baby stuff over the next few months and here is the keys to the car you'll use to get to work which is about an hours drive south which is how it was going across the City from your own home. and here in our bedroom is Felix. he is all well and has enjoyed roaming the cottage. my maid has taken such good care of him.".

"thank you so much" Emma said as she goes to.cuddle.her cat who bunts her belly.

"do you think he knows?" Daniel asked

" of course he does,animals can smell babies and hormones for some reason no one can explain".

"my assistant will have all your belongings here within the hour. i also let your mother know about.you being in hospital so she will be here tomorrow so we could tell her then about our baby" Daniel boasted.

" I'm not ready to tell her yet"

"okay I won't force you,eere going to have a meal out tonight with my parents so they can meet you again you don't need to tell them but I know my mother may say something".Daniel said.

they get ready for the Evening and head out. they arrived at the restaurant and Daniels mother perks up and hugs her son while his father sulks and gives funny looks.

"mum dad this is Emma my darling,I'm in love with her"

Daniels father slams his fists on the table in anger.

"father we are happy.. me and B are not happy and never were in love"

his father scoffed.

"father she is mother of our baby,she's strong and powerful. she is the manager of floor 18. she's not interested in our fortune unlike B,we met because we zinged on a busy platform ,she didn't ask to be pregnant but it has happened and we do not regret it"

Emma cuts in " I work for my own assets,I don't ask for money or anything, I spend my.own money that I earned through working 9-6 5 days per week. your son is a absolute blessing to us".

throughout the evening they managed to get one smile and a single chuckle out of Daniels father..

during desert Daniel looks at emma stands up and gets on one knee. "Emma King will you be the honour of being my wife ".:yes I will" Emma replied. Daniels parents congratulated them even though his father was a little on the rocks.

After desert Emma and Daniel return back to the cottage. Daniel pops some music on and they both start dancing around the living room. at that moment Emma and Daniel knew that they were completely and fully in love with each other and no body could between them. or could they?
