Helena's words echoed in the room, suffocating and terrifying. "Would you consider maintaining the bond if Victoria is exiled from the pack?"
Her question struck me like lightning. A part of me wanted to believe it would solve everything. If Victoria was gone—if her manipulations, her presence, her schemes—everything would vanish with her. But the memories of Alexander’s betrayal gnawed at me like a wound that wouldn’t heal.
