Chapter 12Nick returned to the office after his ten o’clock class, latte in hand. When he’d been in grad school, there had been no fancy coffee cart in the law school atrium. These kids today were spoiled beyond belief. He was more than happy to take advantage, though—a little sweetened milk and coffee would go a long way toward improving the rest of his day, especially if he had to deal with Blake freaking out again. Funny. In August, his stomach would have been tied up in knots at a situation like this.
