I couldn’t stop the tears from falling which is why I got the hell out of the living room. I refused to show him how his actions really affected me. These damn hormones got me super emotional. I will not intentionally break my own heart. Shadow is still mated to that crazy b***h, and by his actions he is still in love with her, so there is no need to try and win a losing battle.
