Chapter 2

Guy's POV:

I had my friends, Zak, Scarlett, and Jade come over the day after my dad went missing. Zak and Scarlett asked where my parents were. I looked at Jade, and she nodded back at me. Jade told them that my mom had left when I was 10, and my dad went missing yesterday. Jade suggested that we explore the mansion now that we were adults. I agreed to it. In the first room, she went in she found my dad's study room. She called to me and asked about the heavy curtain in the room. I asked my butler if he had the key to the doors. He came and unlocked it, and in that room, we found my dad dead. Butler called the detective in charge of my dad's disappearance and told him what we found. The detective said that he'd be right over and for nobody to touch anything in the room, so we left the room and went to the parlor and waited for the detective. everyone gave me a hug and said they were sorry. We all hugged Jade since my dad was like a dad to her. I had Butler bring drinks and something to eat for everyone, including Butler.
