As I crawled out of the river I felt weak from the arrows inside me rain beating down on me making me feel heavy the mud preventing me from being able to get up I see a shadowy figure walking up to me from a distance I look up weakly.sapphire is that you I called out why are you trespassing my territory the woman called out.I replied vampires her eyes widened at the sound of vampires she knelt down beside me who are you she asked it's me Alexander from the blood moon pack we were attacked and over ran she gasped the alpha king she held her hand to her mouth were is you clan are they ok she asked.no they all dead my Luna, my son,my beta all dead vampires have claimed my territory.lwt me get to my healer she seen the arrows in my arm and shoulder she asked are you able to walk.I just shook my head and said no I'm to weak.she called for her beta Marcus he ran up with some other wolves his his was black he stood 5"9 muscular brown eyes she ordered him to carry me and follow her.aa he picked me up carefully I laid in his arms unable to move.who are you I asked weakly?I'm rose of the shadow moon clan alpha she wolf she explains you just save your strength ok well get you to safety.as we enter the fortress they enter into the main hall were they take me into a medical bay and lay me on a bed the elder wolf walks in and asks what happened.Rose explained what I had told her Carol is my name alpha king I'm the healer and elder wolf how did you end up here?My Luna and son was running to get help as we were attacked I ran after them after seeing king Micheal follow them when I reached them my heart broke into a million pieces like I had lost my own life but the anger in me built as I ran up to king Micheal for killing my Luna and son I lifted him up by his throat and choked the life out of him before shoving my sword I to his chest I explained.his son kane shot me twice with his bow once in the arm and shoulder as I fell to my knees I felt the blood dripping down my body consciousness was leaving me as my eyes rolled back and I fell off the mountain and landed in the river.carol eyes widened at his words your lucky to be alive Alexander we need to get those arrows out rose hold him she commanded.yes elder she held me down as Carol ripped the arrow out of my shoulder when she sniffed and realized the situation was worse.Alexander you've been shot with wolfs bane we need the last arrow out now!she put the arrow on the table beside her as she grabbed the arrow in my arm and broke it and pull it out without hurting me further.

well need my medical supplies rose I will return watch him she ordered as she walked off Rose staired at me and said so king Micheal is indeed dead she asked?yes I killed him but the vampires have multiplied dramatically I'm afraid we are all in danger I cough a little as blood falls on my shirt.hey you need to lay down and rest rose pushed me down and told me we would talk after I heal as Carol come back she grabs a wet towel and a blue liquid and pours it in my wounds I grit my teeth as I say what is that.carol just laughs it will drain the wolf bane Alexander and when it does then we can begin your healing process.i nodded as it burned into my wounds green liquid dripping out as Carol says yes we must let the poison leave your body as she wiped the wolf bane away.

when Carol finished cleaning the wolf bane out she grabbed a vile as she said drink this Alexander it's a healing potion but you will need to rest afterwards until your strength returns.i take the vile as the smell is not bad I drink it down as I hand it back.rose bandages my arm and shoulder as she helps me up.we have a guest room ready for you to rest for now you'll need to rest up we will check on her every so often rose explained she stood 5"10 blue eyes brown hair she wore tactical gear black as if she was on a rescue mission her hair was long in a ponytail.we walked up the stairs as she led me to the guest room she helped me lay down as she covered me up I closed my eyes to go to sleep as she walked out and shut the door.

I drifted off to sleep as I seen my territory engulfed in flames my pack fighting back vampires as they were out numbered the screams of my Luna and son when I ran to save them.the pain I felt the tears I cried as king Micheal killed my family the rage built inside me when I lifted him up by the throat when I seen kane walking up with his army I seen my pack dead everywhere I snapped king Micheal's neck the satisfaction of seeing him motionless until I felt a burning in my shoulder and arrow as I looked at Jane he shot another arrow as I tried to dodge it but it pierced my arm as I fell to my knees I was losing consciousness on the edge of the mountain I fell off the cliff I to the dark abyss what seemed to be forever until I felt the river carry my unconscious body away.

I jolt up sweat pouring down my head as I wipe my forehead I look around im bandaged up and I'm in a strange room I don't remember where I'm at but it seems familiar I try to get up I struggle to move from the pain I say hello anybody there?a few moments later Rose the shadow moon pack alpha walks in as she says your awake yes I just woke up how long have I been out I asked.three days how do you feel?I'm still in pain I replied you'll be sore until the effects of the wolfs bane wears off are you hungry alpha king?yes please I don't remember the last time I ate.rose calls some guards to bring some food she turns to Alexander and says you been through hell I can see it.my path isn't over yet there's a war coming and we're all in danger I whisper.she gasp in fear you mean kane and the vampires are coming?yes and they have tripled their numbers they out number us by far we will need to join forces again all the packs if we are going to stand a chance.the packs won't join forces again they are to stubborn some grow while others are still to small they would cower she explains.then we give them a reason to fight I raised my voice!she flinches at the tone of your voice even if we gave them a reason what makes you think they'll be loyal to you? because if kain kills me your all going to die alone and we will never live to see another day.her eyes go wide as she realizes he may be warning her of the furniture not suggesting it.then what do we do?we fight and erase the vampire existence I snap.very well she replies as the guards come in with food and set beside Alexander steaks mash tators rolls mixed fruits and veggies.eat you need your strength she says as she walks out and closes the door.

I eat my food in peace memories of the assault still haunt me my anger just builds as I think about it more and more as I finish eating I get up slowly as I hold my plate I slowly walk to the door as Rose knocks on it.are you finished eating alpha king I open the door and hand her the plate yes I'm finished thank you.she gasp you should be resting not pushing yourself to walk around.im fine Rose I need to move around and regain my power back.she stands there puzzled like she's thinking on what to say a few moments go by she says fine but take it easy I will be watching as she walks away.

The voice disappears as I sit up in bed wondering how not to make the same mistake of losing another luna.a knock comes to my door as I say who is it I ask?Marcus alpha king Rose has summoned you into the courtyard he replied.i get up slipping on my armor and I open the door I say lead the way Marcus.

we enter the courtyard where the whole pack is at attention and Rose stands in the middle watching me walk up.I bow my head as I say you summoned me she wolf?oh please no reason for formalities here stand up she replied I need to show you something if your going to stay with my pack she explained of course I replied lead the way.she turned to Marcus and said stay here and wait for our return as she led me up a hill with a forest on top of the hill we walked through a path as I asked where are we going?somewhere very ancient it's holy ground for my pack she replied.whats there? you'll see as we continue walking.

we enter through the middle of the forest as she stops I look a huge tree that stands up almost touching the sky it is covered in foreign markings I observe it in awe as I touch it it starts to glow.this is where we pray to the moon goddess it's very ancient the oldest tree in this forest we gather here after the loss our loved ones or comrades we pray for guidance we ask for our very needs.does she ever answer I asked?sometimes but sometimes she just stays quiet and answers us with action she explained.so this is the ancient tree of shadow moon clan.
