"Link start! Genesys"

When Leon logged into the game, he appears inside Brodmothers lair.

The place is still as gloomy as ever. White spiderlings are filling up the area making the walls and floors appeared white. 

They immediately notice Leon and once again charge at him, committing suicide.

Leon is not in the good mood to pay attention to this suicidal creature and just let them bathe him with purplish liquid. He was in deep thought, after learning that Luther would be coming to cleanse the city of the dead, everything became complicated.

He doesn't know how strong Ostarion (The king of the dead) but he knew how terrifying Luther is. 

Luther has the power to contend with the 72 pillars of hell, he is only a thud weaker compare to Merlin, the greatest mage who had ever live.

If the crusade of Ostarion Necropolis became a success, there is no way he could level this fast anymore. Reaching level 100 without Broodmother's Lair would take a year and with the whole of Genesys hunting him down it would be down rate impossible. 

Leon estimated that he would still have one chance even after he died now. Organizing a crusade is not an easy feat and it would take time, even with the arcane church capability. It would still take about a week for everything to be ready.    

Thinking about his opinion, Leon remembers a certain class that he could choose: Ronin.

The Ronin class is considered unique even comparing to the thousands of classes in Genesys. It's the only class discovered until now that doesn't require a master or a tome. It only has one requirement, to reach the limit of a no class (Lv.100) without having a master.

If a player manages to accomplish this, he/she could perform a sampakto and a choice would pop up. (Note: The player didn't need to die, he just had to stab himself in the stomach.)

People would surprise themselves if they knew how many stupid things they are willing to do just to gather attention. The discovery of the Ronin class is one of the examples of this many stupid things. 

The reason players manage to stumble upon this class is due to a certain lucky chuunibyou, who wanted to reenact a certain scene in a movie he loves. He walks to a plaza filled with people and did seppuku while filming it. The scene is so gory that it did catch a lot of eyes. But the thing that makes it trend is the class change window appeared afterward.

After that, a time when someone randomly performing seppuku in the street became a common trend.  

Ronin is a class with a lot of pros and cons but one had stood above the rest. Ronin is not a class for noobs.

Ronin is a class with no master, giving players freedom. Ronin player can learn the skill of any class much like a no class but there is a catch. A ronin can't learn skill using a skill book plus once you change class into a Ronin all your previous skill would be deleted. And that's not even the bad part because you have no master there is no way for you to learn a skill. Everything would have to depend on your ability.

If you are a martial artist in real life. Ronin is one of the best class for you as all your real-life skill would translate in the game but if your just an ordinary joe, better not think about it.

Leon contemplates for a minute. Being a Ronin is not a bad choice for him as he already knew a lot of skills through many years of playing the game. With the class bonuses making learning skills manually easier, he could learn all of it. He could even use his holy skills like in the past.

There is only one problem, his growth would be limited to his past life. Because of his troublesome title, he wouldn't be able to communicate to NPC and learn their skill, and the Ronin class also has the limitation of not being able to change to another class once becoming a Ronin. Many players have since recreated their character because of this very reason and the chuunibyou that discover this class is long since been KOS by these players.

"Better try my luck in this dungeon first, I might obtain an advancement tome. I could become a Ronin anyway any time I want plus I still have time."

By this notion, Leon decided to explore the deep of Brodmother's dungeons.

Sorry, I wasn't able to edit, and polish chapters 20-26. It's been a busy week. Chapter 26 is also a lot shorter than usual. I'll try to edit it on the weekend so please be patient. I'll learn from my mistake and from now on would stockpile around 20 chapters, to avoid something like this from ever happening again.

I plead my loyal reader to be patient as more exciting chapters are yet to come.
