Nase was a witch. She had deceived them all alone. She was pretending to be their friend, to be on their side while she was just listening in and plotting away for them to get caught and get thrown off the planet. Percibly she didn't want them in the palace now. It all made sense to her the way she was a bit on edge as soon as she noticed that the king had brought another woman into the palace.
Probably she even had a hand in the auction as well, because as much as she did not believe anything that comes out of his mouth and did not want to, he probably was right when he said that he had no idea that the auction was going on and she always had this eerie kind of look to her.
