Chapter 5: A dream

1516 Words
Lili woke up the next morning and realized that she was still lying under Diogo's chest. Despite what happened last night, being in his arms felt comforting, and it only took a few seconds for desire to start bubbling inside her. She wanted to get a little closer, so she delicately slid her hand over his abdomen, stopping very close to his member. The desire to touch him there consumed her, but she knew she couldn't. What would he say if he woke up? And that's what happened. He woke up shortly after. She heard his deep breaths, so Lili closed her eyes. She felt him hold her hand and gently brought it back to his chest. She was already anticipating his scolding when suddenly an idea popped into her head. Pretending to be groaning as if she was having a nightmare, she moved her head slightly. She heard Diogo speak. "Lili, Lili, is everything okay?" he asked. "Uh-huh?" she feigned surprise. She quickly sat up and composed herself. "Are you okay? You were moving too much and moaning. I thought of waking you up," Diogo said. "I think I just had a bad dream," she lied. "It's over, Princess. Come, give me a hug," Diogo said. She positioned herself between his legs and embraced him. "Happy Birthday, Lili. I hope what happened yesterday doesn't ruin this very special trip." She nodded and pressed herself against him. "Let's sleep a little more," Lili suggested. "Don't you want to go out? Have fun? Explore the beach? It's your birthday today," Diogo asked. She just shook her head in response. Diogo let out a sigh and closed his eyes. He felt guilty and decided to fulfill her request. He lay down once again and pulled her close, snuggling her against his chest. Feeling comforted, cared for, protected, and relaxed, it didn't take long for Lili to fall asleep again. When they woke up, it was already lunchtime. They decided to order food from the hotel, and while waiting for it to arrive, Diogo went out for a moment. Upon his return, he knocked on the door. Lili quickly opened it, thinking it was one of the hotel staff. However, she was surprised to find Diogo standing there, holding a bouquet of roses. "Are they for me?" she asked, her eyes wide with surprise. "Who else would they be for?" Diogo replied, extending the bouquet to her. Lili took the flowers in her hands, inhaling their sweet fragrance, and then gave Diogo a tight hug. "Thank you, Diogo. They are beautiful." "The receptionist recommended a great restaurant, and I made reservations for tonight. So... will you agree to go out to dinner with me?" Diogo asked. "Of course, I would love to!" Lili replied excitedly. "Great! Let's eat. The food has just arrived. It's hot and smells amazing." Lili held Diogo's hand and led him to the cart where the food was placed. Lili placed the roses under the small table, and they set up the dishes before sitting on the bed to enjoy their meal. After lunch, she lay down on his bed, holding a pillow. Diogo noticed her taking up the space that was supposed to be his and spoke up. "Why don't you go to your own bed, young lady?" he asked. "Because yours looks much more comfortable," Lili replied. "But they are both exactly the same," Diogo remarked. "Listen, how did you and mom meet? She never told me," Lili asked after a while. Diogo sat on the edge of the bed and gently brushed away the hair that was covering her face. He took a deep breath and began to recount their story. "Your mother worked at the company as a cleaner. When I first saw her, something inside me told me that I had to be with her," Diogo started. "Was it love at first sight?" Lili asked. "Perhaps it was fate. It was not easy to gain her trust. She was always sad and kept her distance. But once I earned her trust, I understood why she behaved that way. After that, everything felt so natural and happened quite quickly. We were talking one moment while she cleaned my room, and then... well, you don't need to know the details," he said, making Lili laugh. "That doesn't need to traumatize me. But tell me, when did we move in together at your house?" Lili inquired. "We had been dating for a few months, and I was certain that I wanted her to be mine. She felt the same way. In fact, I had already expressed my desire to be more than just her lover. However, she seemed hesitant. She was ready to leave her home, but she feared the consequences. She was afraid of what that man would do to her... One day, she arrived at the company and started avoiding me. I knew something was wrong, and it turned out to be true. When we finally faced each other, I realized what had happened. She was hurt, with marks on her body. At that moment, I made up my mind. She wouldn't go back to that house. But she was also concerned about you. So, we went to your school immediately, and as soon as I saw you, something in me told me that I had to take care of you. You were such a beautiful and intelligent child, just like your mother. But like her, I had to earn your trust," Diogo recounted. "And you did," Lili replied. "And it was absolutely worth it, my precious little one," Diogo responded. Lili returned his words with a smile. As she listened to Diogo's story, doubts started creeping into her mind, and started thinking about considering putting an end to her plan. *** Diogo gently took hold of her hand and led her through a stunning garden illuminated by various lights, and adorned with the sparkle of stars. It felt familiar, and she soon realized that it was his house's garden. As they entered, he pressed her against the wall and kissed her passionately. The kiss was intense, powerful, and she felt her entire body surrendering to his embrace. The kisses trailed down to her neck, causing her to let out a soft moan, uttering his name, "Diogo..." "Lili, wake up!" she heard him say. And gradually, that image faded away as she woke up. He was by her side, studying her with a questioning look. "What were you dreaming about?" he asked her. She remained silent, remembering the dream, her cheeks flushed with embarrassment. So, she lied to avoid awkwardness. "Yeah... I dreamed that you were tickling me. I'm glad you woke me up. Uh, excuse me, I need to pee." She hastily got up and rushed to the bathroom, shaking her head. She hadn't even realized that she had fallen asleep. Once inside the bathroom, she looked at herself in the mirror and took a deep breath. "Oh God, I desire this man," she whispered to herself, lightly touching her lips, recollecting the vivid memory of that passionate kiss. After a few minutes, Lili returned to the room. Diogo was lying on his bed, engrossed in his cellphone. He glanced at her and chuckled. "What are you laughing about?" she asked. "Just imagine the staff having to change the sheets soaked in pee," he said, laughing, and Lili thought to herself, "if only you knew." "You i***t, it can happen to anyone, including you. I swear, when you're old and senile, I'll laugh every time it happens to you," she retorted, playfully making her way towards his bed. "You'll get old too," Diogo replied. "But that will take a very, very long time. But as for you, well, you're practically already there," she teased. "I'm not, and I distinctly remember you telling me just yesterday that I still looked very young," he said, quickly sitting up. "I might have lied," she responded, flashing him an amused smile. "I think you weren't dreaming; you were having a premonition." Diogo grabbed her arm and started tickling her. Lili burst into uncontrollable laughter, trying to dodge his tickles, but he was much stronger and quicker. "Stop, Diogo," Lili pleaded. But he held her firmly in his lap, continuing to torment her. Tears welled up at the corners of her eyes from laughing so much. "Diogo, I'm going to pee on your lap if you continue," she warned, still giggling. He immediately stopped and looked at her with a questioning gaze. "Are you serious?" "No, but my stomach hurts from laughing so much," Lili replied. They laughed together and shared a warm hug. Lili nestled her face in the crook of his neck, taking in the comforting scent he exuded. "It's getting late, and I don't know if you remember, but we're about to go out for dinner," Diogo mentioned. "I completely forgot. I'll get ready, okay?" "I'll take a shower first, because once you enter the bathroom, it takes hours for you to come out," he teased. Lili just laughed at his remark.
