It was almost nine in the evening when Diogo arrived home. He had left work at five, but with no desire to return home, he went to a bar instead. There, he spent his time thinking about what had happened and reminiscing about all the times he had kissed Lili and the things they had done together. As Diogo walked down the corridor of rooms, he stopped in front of Lili's door. Part of him wanted to go in and embrace her, but he couldn't bring himself to do it. The pain was too raw.
