I nodded at the Lycan King's words but deep down, I couldn't help but wonder what his reasons for choosing the Slave girl's words over any other person's could be.
I could not understand why somebody as great as the Lycan King would let her words get to him. Or could it be that the two of them have a thing now?
By any chance, has the seductress found a way to lure the Alpha King into her bed? Are they into each other now? Could that be why he has refused to pay heed to any other person's words and only listen to the girl?
No matter how hard I thought about it, it just didn't make sense to me. I glanced at the stoic face of the Lycan King and let out a soft sigh.
