"No no no, this can't be happening" Ralph cried in a loud voice, scooping the girl's limp body in his arms.
"Reina! No this can't be! You've got to wake up, open your eyes, and look at me!"
Unstoppable tears gushed out of his eyes as he clung tightly to Reina.
I was in a state of trance as I watched the two of them, unable to say a word. Liam was not left aside, he could not seem to believe his eyes.
Reina was Ralph's only sister and so was like a little sister to me and Liam too since we practically grew up together.
The last time I had seen her, that was before I left for Sebastian's pack, she was hale and hearty. Her eyes which were like Ralph's glowed with life and her red curls as silky as ever bounced with health but now everything had changed.
