The crashing sound of glass made me turn my head towards the direction it came from.
My eyes danced over the chandelier which had fallen a few inches away from where I was standing in shock.
The guards who were nearby instantly rushed forward and stood around me in defense. Their eyes were sharp as they took their stance, ready to attack if need be.
The hall was thrown into commotion as everyone scurried out of their seats, running around the hall in panic.
