After relaying the message from the Lycan King to me, the headmaid walked out of my room, banging the door shut behind her.
The news of dining with the Lycan King for breakfast made me feel unsettled and I kept wondering why he would request my presence.
For him to send the head maid to me meant that the breakfast was an official one and I must be present, but why me?
I couldn't take the thoughts out of my mind, my head kept spinning as I thought of possible reasons for the Lycan King to seek my presence.
Could it be that the vengeful Gamma Ralph reported me to the Alpha King? Am I getting punished for running my mouth?
Letting out a weary sigh, I wheeled straight to my bed and climbed onto the bed, my forehead creased in worry.
