It's been days since the spy I had instructed to watch the Gamma came back to report.
He had initially told me that the Gamma met up with Imelda and thought it was unusual, I asked him to still keep an eye on Rufus and report his activities.
Today, he was to report Rufus's movement over the week to me and I hoped that he had better news this time.
I was in my study room going through some files when a knock sounded on the door.
Without raising my head, I ushered the visitor in. "Come in"
The door opened to reveal the guard I sent to watch Rufus, he bowed in greetings and I looked up at him.
"Raven," I called, closing the file and pushing it aside. "I hope you have better news for me?"
