As we took a step onto the back lawn of the packhouse, my eyes were as big as saucers. Beautiful market lights have been strung up in a crisscross pattern across the sprawling lawn. Huge hay bales were staggered around the property, decorated with sunflowers, daisies, roses, and flameless lanterns. A massive barn had its doors swung wide open- music spilling out of the entry and bouncing off the open rafters. Tables upon tables of food lined the outside of the barn. I could see pack members arriving with plates in their hands. This was almost a potluck style gathering where everyone brought their favorite dishes in addition to what the pack house kitchens had provided. Ms Boudreaux was overseeing the organization of everything and checking on the status of the multitudes of different kind
