He's actually very nervous about Levi's sudden actions that Robin kept on shaking visibly.
Well, the thing is Levi knew right away it was Robin who entered his office when he saw one footage that Robin forgot to exterminate.
Though, he's not angry because it happens that Levi recently found out the reason why Robin did that.
So when they both reached the restroom, Levi immediately pulled Robin into a secret cubicle and there Robin shaken in fear and cried.
