One Mischievous Night

Everyone that Levi came across in the office always talks about their boss Jaxon Drews and from what he's observing everyone in the office likes him. The single ones always describes their with sugar coating words that somehow Levi is getting even more curious about him. Even the older ones are admiring their Senior Manager, to the point they get thrilled meeting him every once in a week. 

But it's been two weeks, Levi hadn't got the chance to meet his boss, and it's making him eager for no reason. 

"Hey, have you heard about Mr. Jaxon? There's actually a rumor that he's dating already!" Zefany whispered to Amanda. 

Mr. Jaxon is actually a very work oriented person and hearing him having a date is such a big news, because they find him very mysterious and strict. Mr. Jaxon is one secretive person, but even though he lacks that airy personality, he makes most of his employees go kneel and bent on their knees. He's have this unique charisma plus his handsome features, which really makes it hard for people to his ignore his presence mostly when he's staying in his company for observation. 

Amanda has no boyfriend which goes the same way for Zefany and while staying in there single, they've always admired and dreamed about having Mr. Jaxon to notice or approach them, but since their team lacks the skills and likeable projects, they got no single greeting from the Senior President itself. 

"Yeah, that's kinda circulating inside the corporation, and it's kinda sad." Zefany said while Levi listens blindly from those two ladies. He doesn't want to get disturb by a single name that he's been thinking over for weeks. 

"Don't get swayed by them, they've been hitting with our boss ever since they got employed." Robin said to Levi. 

And since Levi cannot get his mouth shut, he asked about Mr. Jaxon's information from Robin. 

"What's with our boss, anyway?" 

Robin was kinda stunned that Levi doesn't have any idea about Mr. Jaxon, because he thought no one in town would never recognize him since he's a very successful man in the industry and he's had known in the globe for years now. Robin on the other side thinks of it's such an honor to get to work in Mr. Jaxon's company cause it stands not only as the best but it also has a quality for regular employees like him to get known. It's always been skills over just a dream for Mr. Jaxon, so he always tends to get very picky to when hiring someone on in the company. 

"Mr. Jaxon is the number one reason this city of ours got boosted, his amazing advertising and architectural skills got the interest of some investors it built enough quality jobs for people to tale in." Robin explained but somehow got curious of how Levi didn't had the chance to know about Mr. Jaxon. 

"Levi are you not from this town?" He asked and Levi nodded. 

"Yeah, I just moved in this city after I graduated college." Levi answered. 

"I see, where you from exactly?" 

"I'm from Lost Angeles, the popular city which has an infamous background." Levi said to Robin.

"Oh yeah, the one that people saw an angel fallen from the sky?" Robin asked and turned surprised of why Robin knew about the following beliefs of that town. 

"How did you know about that?" 

"Oh, my mother used to live there, she's a doctor." Robin answered. 

"That's cool." Levi commented and later turned back to work. 

It was then a few hours later the offices turned into a mess. People were moving faster and anxious which make it look like they're afraid of something that's coming. Although the ladies who has flash a wide spread of a smile on their faces, Levi knew exactly what's happening around. 

"Mr. Jaxon is here!" Zefany squealed loud enough for Levi to hear. 

"It's been long since he started visiting this department, what's his reason for coming?" Robin asked. 

"I think he will check some projects again, I heard that a big corporation from Paris requested for his help." Amanda answered by whispering. 

The Department Head Nathasia soon came in quickly and grabbed some papers along with. Levi guessed it's the following project each team made for Mr. Jaxon to check. He's figuring that Nathasia is also pulling some attention from the Senior Manager herself. 

How interesting. 

Each time the girls thought of how happy they will see Mr. Jaxon again is the same for Levi, whose nerves are shaking for no reason. It's like he's thrilled to see him for no reason that it's keeping his heart race non stop. It's very unusual for Levi to feel this way and last time he knew that he felt this kind of feeling was when he fell in love with a person way back in college, and it was not the best thing ever since he got dumped throughly. 

"He's here, He's here!" Everyone whispered. 

Once Mr. Jaxon entered a familiar glamor mourned inside Levi's soul that he doesn't if he should get disappointed, angry, mad, thankful or happy to have to meet him once again. So that's why he's getting nervous and bothered every time he hears that man's name. He figured out that it was the same man who he has slept with, and the same man he got rejected way back in college who also left a letter in his clothes in that hotel room. 

Jaxon likely didn't use his first name, which made Levi unable to recognize his identity. Jaxon is called Damon before in college, he never used Jaxon and Drews, he would always make sure he hides his name for a reason he doesn't even know why?

"He sure changed a lot." Levi thought in his mind avoiding Jaxon's eyes who came to stare at him once he laid eyes on his acquaintance.

Surely all the women inside their office came to blush and conceal their major feelings towards their boss which later Levi found annoying, but as much as possible he doesn't want to because he wants to correct his feelings, cause Levi thinks it's a definite indirect feeling of liking someone the same as their own gender. Other than that Levi is afraid once his friends or if anyone that he's close to finds out because he's afraid that one day everyone would turn their back on him.
