The day is up when I arrive in the city centre. I’ve been walking for a long time because the prosperous neighbourhood of the capital is quite far from the rest of the city. The strap of my bag starts cutting into my shoulder. I need to rest, and a good shower because the temperature has already risen a hell of a lot. And most importantly, I could kill someone for coffee. Despite my resistance to alcohol, yesterday Jack didn’t let me outpace him and I have a rather unpleasant headache.
