The warriors from Rain's clan showed us to our rooms. The room is nice. There is a king-sized bed in the center of the room against the far wall. To the right is a sitting area with a television and a small desk to get some work done. The door to the left leads to an ensuite complete with a huge shower and soaker tub. Never saw the need for those, but whatever.
I put my clothes in the closet and then put my toiletries away. Nova is screeching in my head to hurry up. My bird keeps saying we need to be in the cells. 'Calm down. I am heading there now. I am sure Rain is fine. Besides, Wes and Rueger are with her, and only one girl is down there. He huffs, wraps his wings around himself, and tucks his beak in—touchy bird.
I buzzed down to the cells and asked Rueger to let me down. R
