We all headed to the family room, which is enormous. It has an oversized U-shaped couch and a big-screen TV. We settled in and watched some movies. I choose the short side of the sofa to lie on and watch movies. Wes comes over and lifts me. Wes sets my head in his lap and starts running his fingers through my hair. It's so relaxing. After a couple of movies, I decided it was time to head to bed: a cross-country trip and all. I head to our room, and Wes says he will be up after he cleans up our mess—movie snacks and drinks to take to the kitchen.
