When Britney had mentioned that her father may have found a way to control Ivy’s powers, I lost control. I tried to hold Miles back, but he wanted to rip off her head for putting his mate in danger. When she stepped back, I saw how scared she was, and I tried to pull Miles back. Ivy touched my chest and the sparks that ignited under her fingertips calmed me down enough to control Miles.
