***Tobias’s POV***
Ivy and I went for a run around the Packlands and ended at the lake. I don’t know why but the lake always brought me peace and I hoped it would do the same for Ivy. I was getting worried about her, she has been so stressed lately, and I just wanted her to have a break from everything. I looked over at her, she had her eyes closed, and her head tilted up socking in the sun. I smiled and lent in to kiss her check.
“What was that for?” she asked with blushing cheeks.
“You are so beautiful and because I felt like it.” She chuckles at me and rolls her eyes.
“Why don’t you believe me?” I asked. She didn’t respond, so I stand up and picked her up in my arms, and she squealed as I run towards the water.
