Mia's PoV
"What do you mean?" I asked him curiously yet my heart is about to explode in my chest. He smiled but he looks kind of embarrassed and his face a bit flushed. He held my hand and his other hand took out a ring from his pocket then put it on my finger and looked at me intently. I stared at it with shock.
"Lu... Lucian.... Why?"
"I'm sorry that you didn't like the design. I just asked them to show me the rings and I pick what I think will suit you the most. We can just pick again some other time if you want." He said while scratching his neck like a confused puppy.
"No that's not it! I mean it's so beautiful! But you don't have to! You don't need to! This is too much! When I joked about a ring a while a go I meant like a simple gold band to show my mother that we really are
