I stared at Ryker for a while as my mind went over everything he just said to me. He changed his mind. He wants me to have a choice of whether I want him or not. What if he changes his mind again? Can I live with that if he later on chooses to reject me after finding out that I'd be safe for rejection? Should I trust his word right now when we only just met two days ago? It's only his second night here. We barely scratched the surface of getting to know one another.
